Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@wearpilo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, follow the return process and note the requested size. We’ll ship the exchange as soon as we receive the return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at hello@wearpilo.com. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

  • Final sale items
  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
