We ship all orders from the USA. Orders are processed and delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy

We want you and your dog to love Pilo Grip. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of the expected arrival date listed on your shipping confirmation.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns requested after 30 calendar days from the expected arrival date will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
